In July, the Hollywood studio DreamWorks announced they are planning on rebooting the series as a TV hit called Nightmare Fuel which is an all-around remake of the beloved 1998 Nightmare, the best ever American vampire cult classic that ran until November 23. The remake's star Tom Gates will portray Jason Lloyd, who aspires to run from a haunted mansion and go straight by his sister's funeral to find a way to get out — even being haunted.
