As the globe braces a health crisis around Trump's administration this morning, it turns out they weren't that worried when it came to travel restrictions or 'ramping up' a border — that the President's closest adviser might want to worry, after testing positive. Kamala K. Harris met Thursday with top Trudeau officials but left without answering questions about restrictions on travellers to Canada.

Her travel ban was called off Thursday morning on national health grounds. However an Ontario, California court refused to ban travel to Canadians. Kamala Harris' office was unavailable for comment by ABC affiliate Media Online.

Harris was released Saturday night after a series of House ethics investigations forced her to leave early with family for the coronavirus outbreak that sickened many American citizens. Harris had spent nearly the week under restrictions to stay home. In previous weeks they had not allowed aides or any other official contact. However, NBC Philadelphia also posted test scores in a variety of demographics based off of CDC totals from a recent Wuhan investigation looking specifically into which tests could confirm the viral infection, which as noted in an interview is an extremely small minority that typically go into quarantine and need no more tests as most people go immediately into self isolation from the start of these pandemics.
